Does full management include cleaning and maintenance?
Yes. We arrange cleaning and changeovers and coordinate maintenance alongside bookings and guest support. Your proposal will set out what is included in the management fee, what is charged separately and how maintenance spending is approved.
Can I keep my existing cleaner?
Absolutely! Your existing arrangements can form part of the service and we can agree how scheduling, standards and communication will work.
Can I still use my holiday home myself?
Yes. We'll agree the dates you want to keep for yourself, family or friends and reflect these in the booking calendar.
How much does holiday let management cost?
Unlike other holiday-let management companies, there are no set-up fee's, no hidden charges and no long-term commitments. Depending on your package, prices start from 16% including VAT./
What happens to bookings if I change agent?
This depends on your current agreement and how each booking was made. Existing bookings, payments and guest communications need to be reviewed before agreeing a handover. We won't assume bookings or reviews can simply be transferred.
Can you estimate what my property could earn?
We can discuss an appraisal based on your property's features, available dates and comparable accommodation. Any estimate is a guide, not a guarantee of bookings or income.
